国際結婚や海外渡航のための英文診断書を発行しています。
国際結婚の場合、「梅毒（ＲＰＲ）」「ヒト免疫不全ウィルス（ＨＩＶ）」「ツベルクリン反応（ＰＰＤ）」の検査・判定、書類の作成（英文）を行っております。最初に来院されてから、合計2回の来院が必要となります。
費用は追加検査が必要なければ、約11,000円必要です。
ツベルクリン反応の結果次第では、胸部Ｘ線検査・胸部CT検査を実施致します。
渡航の場合は渡航目的と渡航する国が要求する検査が必要です。
新型コロナウイルスに対するPCR検査や抗原検査あるいはその他のウイルス検査が必要な場合があります。

Inspection and paperwork of international marriage
The medical certificate for international marriage or foreign voyage is issued in our hospital.
Medical consultation and laboratory examination are different from individual purpose.
For example, in the case of marriage with sailor of the US Navy Sasebo Base,
both PPD and HIV examination are required. The medical expenses are usually about \11,000 (Japanese Yen ) without further examinations.
As the judgement of PPD test is 3 days later, twice visits are required.
In the case of foreign voyage, laboratory testing is different by each visiting country, such as PCR or antigen test against SARS-Co-2, or antibody tests for several viral infections.
